Return Requirements: Products must be returned with all original packaging, including tags, barcodes, accessories, manuals, warranty cards, shipping labels, and invoices. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Return Processing: Eligible returns can be processed for store credit or a refund within 7 working days of receipt at our warehouse.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• Cancellations: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund, provided the product is still in the production or pre-production stage. Cancellations are not permitted after dispatch from our warehouse.
• Damage/Defect Reporting: Report any damage or defects to our delivery personnel immediately upon receipt. We will evaluate the issue within 72 hours and provide a suitable resolution.
• Non-Refundable Cases: Refunds will not be issued for furniture that does not fit through doorways. Please verify product dimensions before ordering.
• Claim Deadline: All damage or defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted later will not be accepted.
• Fragile Products: For fragile items, customers must provide an unboxing video to support damage or defect claims.

Eligibility for Returns or Replacements

Eligible:

• Defective items with manufacturing flaws that impair their intended use.
• Items that significantly differ from the website’s product image in dimension, shape, or color.
• Non-functional items that are dead on arrival (e.g., battery-operated or electrical products).

Not Eligible:

• As our products are 'made to order', you will not be eligible for a refund in case of change of mind after the cancellation period has expired.
• Claims for damage, incomplete products, or missing components not reported at the time of delivery or assembly.
• Returns due to installation issues or subsequent dismantling/reassembly for relocation.

Refund Process

• Refunds are processed after the returned item is received at our warehouse.
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 7-10 business days of initiation.

Quality Check: PaChi Living LLP reserves the right to conduct a thorough quality inspection before approving a refund or store credit.
