Delivery Details: Products are delivered to the ground floor or the nearest point accessible by the delivery truck. Additional charges may apply in case of higher floors where service lift is unavailable.

Damage Reporting: Any shipping damages or defects in materials or workmanship must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. PaChi Living LLP will address these issues at no additional cost.

Liability: PaChi Living LLP is not responsible for defects caused by improper storage, handling, maintenance, or use of products.

Material Queries: Please clarify any questions about materials or finishes before placing your order.

Installation: Depending on the delivery condition, your product may or may not require installation assistance upon delivery. If the delivery Condition is:

• Pre-assembled — no installation is required. The product comes fully-assembled and ready to use.
• Expert Assembly — expert assistance is required, for which we will provide carpenters to carry out proper installation and assembly.
• Basic assembly/DIY — the product requires minimal installation/assembly, which can be carried out by the customer using simple tools and assembly instructions provided. No expert assistance required.

Customization

• Options: Customization of size and polish shade is available through our WhatsApp customer support.
• Samples: Veneer, fabrics and laminate samples are provided for selection.
• Discretion: PaChi Living LLP reserves the right to refuse customization orders that are beyond reach.
• Structural Responsibility: Customers must ensure customized sizes do not compromise product stability.
• Queries: Please address all customization-related questions before placing your order.
